Requirements:
* Professional experience designing B2B or B2C products across all platforms (Web, Android, iOS), preferably from scratch
* A proactive problem-solver and human-centric mindset with strong passion for shipping practical and intuitive products.
* Strong business acumen and a wide array of design-thinking challenges; you understand how product (design) relates to business impact
* Excellent communication skills and a history of successfully managing and collaborating with different stakeholders
* Expert in modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro
* Great at articulating design decisions in fluent English (written and spoken), German is a nice to have
* Experience in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment; prior startup experience to help us grow responsibly is an added plus
